  3. Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
  4. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say "hi" in your comments and that they are now following you.
  5. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don't just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say "HI"
  6. If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love...and the followers
  7. If you're new to the follow friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!

Q. If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? And, why?

A. Well I love most books just the way they are but Goliath the third book in the Leviathan trilogy by Scott Westerfeld ended in such a cliffhanger, and since they're aren't going to be any more books I wish they had a afterword or something explaining what happens to Alek and Deryn as they grow up. I mean, everyone SO wants them to marry!

  10. A lot of books could benefit from a "glimpse into the future" chapter I think. Especially when it's the last book in a series.

    I'm a new follower.

  14. Nice answer! I have Goliath from GalleyGrab, but I just sort of skimmed to the end to see what would happen with Deryn & Alek. I guess I didn't care as much about the plot?

  19. Being the maverick that I am, I penciled in my own addition to this week’s Follow Friday question and then answered it.

Change the ending of a book? No way, no how.

From the perspective of a reader – it never even dawned on me. As a writer I find the notion sacrilegious.

Wait! I can explain! Follow me back to my blog for all the verbosity – http://www.howardsherman.net

    Happy Labor Day Weekend!

  25. I haven't read the Leviathan trilogy yet though I've heard really great things about it. My friend lent me Uglies, but I didn't like it. I don't know if it's Westerfeld's style or if it was just that book... but then again, you've also made me a little hesitant to read the series ;p since you said it ends on a huge cliffhanger. (I HATE CLIFFHANGERS ahhh!) Happy Friday :D.

  26. Christina- You should read it, I loved Uglies. The cliffhangers don't matter, it's still a great book!
