ReplyDeleteI really liked Peeta but I also loved Katniss in the movie. I think they really picked good actors and actresses for the parts of The Hunger Games.

ReplyDeleteGosh... my favorite Hunger Games character is... I don't know. I like Peeta, Gale and Katniss. They each have their own struggles and victories, pro & cons.

ReplyDeleteI adore Rue! Peeta is wonderful, too. Oddly, though I admired Katniss, she wasn't a likeable character to me.

ReplyDeleteHmm...I'd have to say Gale. I liked the 'brotherly' way he cared for and protected Katniss when she was growing up. And his obvious love for her, even when she didn't realize or accept it, was sweet. While Peeta is an awesome guy...Gale is too, imo ;-)
ReplyDeleteThe characters are all so real... Still, I find it easiest to emphasize with Katniss, so I'd say my favorites are the Everdeen girls.

ReplyDeleteIf I had to narrow it down to one character that I would pick to be my favorite character in the Hunger Game series, I would have to say Haymitch because he is a character of humor and wisdom who hides a huge heart under it all.

ReplyDeleteMmmm... I'm a big Peeta fan, but who doesn't love Katniss? No one likes to pick her because she's the main character, but she really is amazing.
