Okay guys. This post is WAY late. Sue me. Go ahead. I dare you to.
Well... guess what incredibly awesome thing happened two weeks or so ago? Your answer: The Washington State Book awards winners were released. Who won the middle grade award? Why Patrick Jennings (Pato), my writing mentor! Patrick has been a huge part of this blog and has been my makeshift editor, my writing hero, a great debater from anything from World War II to Fablehaven, and one awesome dude! I'm so happy for him, and encourage you to read his now award winner novel, Guinea Dog!

Thank you for the comment, I love and appreciate each and every one! As of March 2012, The Non Reluctant Reader is an awards-free zone. I'm honored to be considered, but do not currently have the time to pass the award on. Comments are the best award I can receive though! If the comment requires a reply, please be sure to check back for one. If it is a feature/meme leave a link to your post and I will stop by and comment if I get the chance!
