I just got this book today and since the new book in this series comes out this month I need to read this soon. He's also a local author so that's cool too.

Velveteen by Daniel Marks
I have an ARC of this and I've actually had the pleasure of meeting Daniel in person and this book looks so badass! I love revenge novels!

I have hardcovers of the first two and have an ARC of Hidden and I really need to start this series... it's been on my TBR pile for so long.

This book is by a local author and it takes place just across the bay from me and I can't wait to read it!

  5. This was actually the first time I've seen the cover for Hidden and I have to admit, it got me pretty excited. Great choices!

  6. First of all, how on EARTH did you pick just TEN?!?! Yikes! I would be SOL if I tried to do that :)

    Second, I just bought Skyship Academy too, and can't wait to read it! I didn't know that a second one was coming out soon, so I'm glad I read this. Also, I just got the first in the Sophie Jordan series (Firelight) from the library this very morning, and I'm looking forward to reading that one too. Have fun!

  7. I bought Firelight recently but haven't had the chance to read it yet, but I love the covers so much! I can't wait to start that series since I've heard such awesome things about it. Also, the Sweetest Spell looks really good too! :)
